The one who organize this event is Lewisham City Council. Taking train to Blackheath seems to be the best to go to the festival because many of nearby roads are closed off and there is no parking.

Up to 40,000 people are predicted to join a massive fireworks display on Blackheath with music from 7.30pm. The firework display also will start at 8pm. Go to there early is the good idea by using public transport such as train or walk as there is no parking on the Blackheath or nearby.
